Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal, therefore we promise to accept customer's return and exchange within 30 natural days after purchase. Please follow below rules:
Cancel Order:
1. If you ask to cancel the order before we shipping out it and within 12 hours, you can get a full refund. If you ask to cancel after 12 hours and before shipping, we need to deduct 10% of the total order amount to cover our loss as we have begun to prepare for the order. Please contact our customer service email or online chat in time.
2. The order can’t be canceled once the package is shipped out, hope you understand. You can still choose to return it after you receive the order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 natural days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
Non-returnable items:
- On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
1. Please contact us as soon as possible since the date you receive the product. Your return and exchange period is 30 natural days since the date the package is delivered. Our email is service@alicefurs.com. Our customer service representative will send you a return address.
2. If the returned product value exceed US $50, please choose a safe logistics company. We couldn't do refund until we receive the return.
3. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our company to the address provided by our customer service. We'll begin to process refund or exchange the product within 3-5 business days since the date the package is delivered.
4. After we receive the item(s), we'll do a quality check. If the product condition is as the original condition, we'll begin the refund or exchange process. The exchange or refund will normally be processed within 1-5 business days. Once your refund is processed, your PayPal account or the original card you used to pay will receive a refund from us. If the return item is not as the original condition we shipped out it, you need to responsible for the inconsistent item(s), we couldn't begin to proceed with the exchange or refund until we reach an agreement with you.
5. If you don't receive a refund after a period of time we offered the refund, please check with PayPal or contact your original card bank you used to pay. It may take several business days for the refund shown at your account as this is an international transaction. You can also contact us to inquire about this, our email is service@alicefurs.com.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to the customer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the customer should pay the return shipping fee.
