Return & Refund Policy

At Alicefurs, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must include original tags and packaging.

  • Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before sending.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or customer handling


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at 📧 service@alicefurs.com or online chat.
    Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide the return instructions. Please check the return address at the bottom of this page.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • After processing, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider first, then contact us for assistance.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item), we will provide a full refund, and pay the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (for example, selecting the wrong size, color, or changing your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We’re happy to assist you with exchanges to help ensure you receive the right item.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like a different size or color, please contact us and we will assist you.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
