Shipping Notice

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 190 countries worldwide. Please fill in your detailed physical address so that the package can be delivered successfully. Alicefur is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes in some countries. The customer is responsible for the charges. We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO address for express shipping methods like UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc, because these fast logistics companies refuse to deliver to the PO. Box address. P.O.Box address can still be used for standard shipping.

The actual arrival time of the products = processing time + shipping time, processing time is 1-3 business days for most items unless otherwise noted. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times. 

Delivery Time & Cost

Below shipping time and cost is for United States.  (Tariff Notice: Due to current tariff regulations between the United States and China, an additional tariff applies to all products. However, there’s no extra cost to you—our product prices and shipping fees already include any applicable tariffs. You won’t need to pay any tariffs upon delivery.)

Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS or other trusted carriers. Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days.

Express Shipping: Currently DHL and FedEx carriers are available, Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

  • Shipping fee US $20 for orders $0.01-$100
  • Shipping fee US $30 for orders $100.01-$150
  • Shipping fee US $40 for orders $150.01-$200
  • Shipping fee US $50 for orders $200.01-$300
  • Shipping fee US $60 for orders $300.01-$400
  • Shipping fee US $70 for orders $400.01-$500
  • Shipping fee $80 for orders $500.01 & above

Standard Shipping: Delivered via local trusted carriers, Estimated delivery time: 9-18 business days

 Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the FedEx/DHL/UPS/USPS/ARAMEX or other carriers' tracking number. For any questions regarding your order, you can email us at service@alicefurs.com. Be sure you provide your name and order number for us to quickly assist you.

Shipping In Multiple Packages

 If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

 Delivering Your Package

 We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, or holidays. Most items are available to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Cancellations

 If you ask to cancel the order before we shipping out it, your order can be canceled free of charge.Please contact our customer service email or online chat in time.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND GUAM CUSTOMERS

The shipping cost extra fee according to the weight. Our customer service will contact you before shipping out the order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
