Q: How long does it take to receive my order when I complete payment?
A: When you complete the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email in your mailbox. Please notice the estimated arrival time includes processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: 1-3 workdays (don't include weekends)
Shipping time:
1. The standard shipping: 7-15 workdays, the logistics carrier company is USPS.
2. The fast shipping: 5-7 workdays, the logistics carrier companies are DHL/UPS/FedEx/ARAMEX.
Q: How can I track the shipping status of my order?
A: When we ship out your order, you will get an email notice of the tracking number. If you don't know how to track, please send email to service@alicefurs.com. we'll reply you within 24 hours during work days.

Q: Do I have to register an account on this website to buy products?
A: No. You can choose to register at our site or add the product to the cart directly and then complete the checkout.

Q: Is the product I ordered exactly the same as the one displayed by the website model?
A: Yes, the products you see are the same as the products you will receive, including styles and materials. We follow the WYSIWYG rule.
