¿Cuanto tiempo tarda el envio?

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

Devoluciones:

Nota: Las joyas personalizadas no se pueden devolver ni cambiar ya que cada pieza está personalizada para usted.

1) ¿Cuál es la fecha límite para solicitar la devolución? Debes solicitar la devolución en un plazo máximo de 30 días desde la recepción del artículo. Para devolver un artículo, debes conservarlo en perfecto estado, sin usar ni quitar las etiquetas y el embalaje original.

2) ¿Quién paga los gastos de envío al realizar la devolución? a. Si recibió un producto incorrecto o dañado, comuníquese con el servicio de atención al cliente de inmediato para que podamos resolver el problema. Queremos que cada compra sea exactamente como se esperaba y se prometió. En el caso de devoluciones en estas condiciones, pagaremos los gastos de envío de devolución. Si devuelve varios artículos, devuélvalos juntos para disfrutar de la devolución gratuita de todos los artículos. Si devuelve los productos uno por uno, es posible que deba pagar una tarifa de envío adicional. b. Si el producto está en buenas condiciones, pero no te gusta y quieres devolverlo, los gastos de envío correrán a tu cargo.

3) ¿Cuánto tiempo tarda en reembolsarse el importe íntegro? Se le reembolsará el importe íntegro una vez que hayamos recibido su paquete y confirmado que se han cumplido las condiciones para el reembolso. Cuanto antes devuelva el artículo, antes recibirá el reembolso.

4) ¿Cómo se entrega/deposita el reembolso? Su reembolso se realizará utilizando el mismo método utilizado para el pago original de la compra.

We'd like to offer a clear explanation of the issue you experienced.

Between December 2024 and January 2025, a batch of packages shipped to our U.S. customers via a third-party carrier, InTime Ship, were unfortunately lost due to a technical failure on their end. This error led to many packages being delivered to incorrect addresses. At the time, we were not notified by the carrier about which specific orders were affected. However, after receiving your reviews and emails regarding lost packages, we immediately took full responsibility. We reached out to each affected customer and provided a solution—either reshipping the order or issuing a full refund. We're pleased to confirm that all customer concerns were resolved properly.

As a result, we have since discontinued our partnership with InTime Ship. For all U.S. standard shipping orders moving forward, we now use trusted carriers such as USPS and others to ensure a more reliable delivery experience.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

MERCHANDISE NEVER RECEIVED!!

I’m highly disappointed as I placed this order as a birthday/Christmas gift for my daughter and as of today (1/1/2025) the boots have not been delivered!!!

Refund for late delivery

I'm still waiting for my $20 refund that I paid to get boots within 1 week but it took almost 3 weeks to recieve. Other than that, I like the boots but weren't able to wear tham to an event. Thank you
